If you’re not a member of our Direct Primary Care program, you can still be seen for certain services.

Acute Illness & Injury Visits – $200

We provide same-day or next-day care for common urgent needs, such as:

• Sinus infections
• Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
• Sprains and minor injuries
• Skin rashes and minor infections

Annual Physical Exams (includes labs)

Our comprehensive annual physical exam covers a complete health history, physical exam, and routine laboratory testing. Labs include:

• CBC (Complete Blood Count) – checks overall health and blood disorders
• CMP (Comprehensive Metabolic Panel) – evaluates kidney, liver, and metabolic function
• TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) – screens for thyroid disorders
• HbA1C – measures blood sugar control
• Lipid Panel – checks cholesterol and triglyceride levels
• PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen) – prostate screening for men
• Urinalysis – detects infections, kidney issues, and more
