Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a simple, affordable way to access health care without the hassles of traditional insurance. Instead of paying per visit or dealing with surprise bills, patients pay a flat monthly or yearly fee that covers most primary care services.

With DPC at Alpha Health & Wellness, your membership gives you access to:

• Routine visits and regular checkups to maintain your health
• Preventive care to catch issues early
• Chronic disease management for ongoing conditions (like diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma)
• Care coordination when you need referrals or specialist support
• More time with your provider to answer questions, educate you, and focus on your well-being
• Follow-up support so you’re never left managing your health alone

Membership Pricing

• Adults (ages 18–64): $150 monthly or $1,800 annually
• Family Plan: $300 monthly or $3,600 annually (includes 2 adults + up to 3 children)
• Each additional child: $20 monthly
• Children’s Membership (ages 0–17): $29 monthly or $345 annually
